Two Personas

Persona 1

Sally

This is Sally. Sally is in her mid to late twenties works as a teacher. While teaching, she is expected to dress in business casual clothing. Her goals include finding nice looking clothing that will fit expectations for her workplace but are also comfortable. She cares about what other people have to say about products and will not buy something if it does not have good reviews that she feels she can reasonably trust when it comes to clothing options. She is also concerned with getting products for her classroom and students and likes to find deals on products where she can. Brand names are not as important as getting deals on products that will work for her classroom and that will likely last at least a few months through the school year. She has to provide many of her own school supplies for her classroom. She is pretty good with computers and spends a great deal of time on online shopping platforms. A quote that fits her would be “time is money”.

Persona 2

Fred

This is Fred. He is in his late teens to early twenties and is a full-time college student, taking classes remotely. He has no restrictions on the types of clothing that he is allowed to wear, since he works on his classes from home. He prefers to stick with brand names that he knows are comfortable instead of branching out into the unknown. Price is an issue though, and he will try to find a deal on clothing when he can. He does also enjoy grilling and cooking outdoors, as well as other outdoor projects. However, he does not have a lot of money to spend on equipment, so he is excited when he can find deals on various outdoor equipment. He is decent with computers but does not spend very much time on online shopping platforms. He could be summed up with the quote “if it isn’t broken, don’t try to fix it”.
