There is a large ad banner that pops up at the bottom of the screen upon arrival on the home page. Clean and functional design 2
Scrolling down, there are several rows of just ads for different types of items in the stores. It takes quite a bit of scrolling to get past all of the ads. Clean and functional design 2
When going to a specific feature, such as Help or Customer Coupons, or Sign In, the navigation pane disappears from the top. In order to get back to shopping, there is a small button on the top right side, not in prominent colors. Freedom 3
When going to the Help page, the main logo disappears and is replaced by the Help page logo for the site, so you cannot click the logo to get back to the main site, because it will take you to the Help section of the site. Consistency 3
When scrolling down on the page, the navigation bar disappears, so unless you want to scroll back to the top, your only search option is the search bar. Freedom 3
After putting in an email address and clicking Continue as Guest at the checkout, it does not give an error to show that I have not put in my name or phone number. The screen just does not change. Support Error Recovery 2
When clicking on the Kohl’s card option, it is not immediately evident where you can apply for a card, because the Apply Now button looks like it is part of another ad. Prevent Errors 2

When you are on the create account page, you cannot go anywhere else unless you click the X in the corner. Freedom 1
